Stefano Puzzo, artista e ceramista classe 1976 nasce e cresce con le mani nell’argilla grazie all’attività di famiglia che vanta oltre 50 anni di attività. Le ceramiche di Stefano nascono per passione delle cose semplici e vere. Nessuna delle sue ceramiche è uguale all’altra: “esiste un disegno da reinventare ogni volta, ogni pezzo è unico e prezioso”. Nel 2008, l’artista insieme ad altri giovani talenti, fonda il D.O.C., Dergano, Officina, Creativa, che promuove l’unione di diversi laboratori e botteghe artistiche del quartiere Dergano – Bovisa con lo scopo di diffondere la conoscenza del mondo del “fare creativo” contemporaneo. È in questo periodo Stefano viene invitato a esporre le sue opere al Salone del Mobile di Milano, alla Triennale, al Museo di Faenza, a Montecarlo e New York. Negli anni, le sue opere di ceramica sono diventate oggetto di culto tra collezionisti, vip e personaggi di spicco dello sport, della moda e dello spettacolo. Stefano Puzzo, lavora ancora oggi nello storico laboratorio di ceramiche a Milano con la famiglia, luogo che è diventato un punto di riferimento per artisti e designer. Nel laboratorio esegue lavorazioni in ceramica di vario tipo: in serie; pezzi unici su disegno; pezzi originali; smaltatura; cottura oggetti; realizzazione di modelli e stampi in gesso; restauri; lezioni di tornio; gadget aziendali personalizzati. Stefano Puzzo descrive il suo laboratorio come un posto con il sapore di altri tempi, dove le idee prendono forma, “Sono cresciuto qui e qui per me c’è tutto”
